Finding your next job takes more than submitting applications and hoping someone notices you.
You need a strategy.
You need to get noticed.
You need to create conversations with people who can help open doors.
Sometimes, you need someone you can turn to when you're not sure what to do next.
That's what The Layoff Desk Career Accelerator is designed to provide!

You'll have my personal cell number throughout your 90 days in the Career Accelerator.
About to send an important message?
Finally landed an interview and want a second opinion?
A recruiter just contacted you?
Received an offer?
We'll start with a private 60-minute one-on-one strategy session.
Together, we'll identify where your job search stands today, where you want to go and the specific actions that can help you get there.
We'll discuss your target roles and companies, positioning, outreach strategy, networking opportunities and how you'll use your Digital Career Room and other Career Accelerator resources.
Sometimes one message can open a door.
Before you send an important email, LinkedIn message, video or other outreach to a recruiter, hiring manager or decision-maker, send it to me first.
I'll personally review it and help you make it stronger.
When something important happens in your job search, you shouldn't have to figure everything out by yourself.
Big interview tomorrow?
Made it to the final round?
Need to prepare for a difficult conversation?
Received an offer and aren't sure how to respond?
Reach out. When the stakes are highest, you'll have someone to turn to.

I'm confident enough in the Career Accelerator to put a guarantee behind it. Participate in the program, complete the required activities and follow the Career Accelerator system for 90 days. If after 90 days you have not had a qualifying interview with a hiring decision-maker, I'll refund your Career Accelerator membership fee.
A qualifying interview is a scheduled conversation regarding a specific employment opportunity with a hiring manager, department leader, recruiter representing an employer, or another person directly involved in the hiring decision. Networking conversations, informational interviews, career fairs and general recruiter introductions do not qualify. Additional participation requirements apply.
